Has 2 x water holes on exhaust manifold side of head

If head has 1 x water hole on exhaust manifold side of head , refer (AMC 908796)

If no water hole , refer below :-
CHD0775R where inlet manifold ports are on different level (Non common rail)
CHD0790R where inlet manifold ports are on same level (Common rail)
